Mission

To develop and promote social awareness so as to clarify the concept of mental health care and thereby popularize the programs of community mental health care through the government health services outlets, NGO’s and other such institutions established by any agency.
To stimulate the primary mental health care through outreach Health program.
To develop a program of mental health education, propagation, preventive measures in order to brief and orientate the connate groups such as doctors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, paramedics, community health workers and NGO’s representatives.
The establishment and development of a shared monitoring analysis, evaluation, communication and feed back system for the collection of mental health and drug addiction.
The mobilization and development of resources needed to supply the agency services and to achieve its aim.
To seek co-operation, collaboration, wider participation and involvement between services; both governmental and non-governmental at various levels.
Promotion of awareness of Mental Health.
Research
The objectives are achieved through participation of highly motivated and trained professionals and volunteers who deliver the service through motivational interaction, counseling, legal support, corner meetings, medical camps, sensitizing electronic and print media, teachers and religious leaders.
